– the room already believes you.
Your website has thirty seconds to say the same thing.
Send me a link on Monday. By Sunday you have a site an event organiser can decide from: $1,999 flat, or you don’t pay.

– a website is the only part of your act you never get to perform.
It works the room without you: at 11pm, on a phone, for someone comparing four speakers before a committee call.
Seven days
Content in Monday, live by Sunday. Days I spend waiting on you don’t count, and that’s in writing.
Direct
You deal with the designer who builds it: no account manager, no handoff, and the same hands answer in month six.
Yours
Domain registered in your name from day one; code and content transferred at handover. Nothing to hold hostage.
The thirty-second test
Six questions, asked in order, before anyone emails you.
- (01)0–3s
Is this the right kind of speaker?
One line above everything: who you speak to, and what changes when you do.
- (02)3–8s
What are the talks, exactly?
Named keynotes, one takeaway and a runtime each, not “topics I cover”.
Most speaker sites answer this one and stop.
- (03)8–14s
Have you done it at my scale?
Room sizes, industries, logos, dates: proof at the scale they’re booking for.
- (04)14–22s
Can I watch ninety seconds of you?
A reel that plays where it sits. Usually the hardest thing to find on a speaking site.
- (05)22–27s
How much work is enquiring?
Dates, a fee range or a plain “ask me”, one short form.
- (06)27–30s
Can I forward it to the committee?
A one-page kit, a link that previews properly, a bio they can paste.
Selected work: one client, two engagements
Rescued from a failed handover. Then she came back for the rebuild.
– one client so far. Stated plainly, because it is the truth.

– they are not buying a website.
They are deciding whether to put you in front of four hundred people.

The deal, and the week
Nothing is themed. Every build starts at zero.
– you approve the type, the colour and the feel before a single page is written.
- (01)
The audit
Before money moves, I read your site the way an organiser would, and send it either way.
A link, twenty minutes.
- (02)
The system
Type, colour and feel, approved by you before any page exists.
Copy, photos, answers. The clock starts.
- (03)
The build week
A live link from day one. Real pages replace drafts as they land, and you can watch.
Nothing, unless I ask.
- (04)
Handover & care
Everything transferred in your name. Then I stay on: most freelancers ship and vanish.
15 days to ask for changes.
The build, complete
$1,999
$999 at signing, the rest at handover. An agency charges $5,000 to $15,000 for the same site, most of it meetings.
Founding rate, five clientsA named case study and a testimonial, written into the agreement. After five clients, the price rises.

$199/mo
2 update requests a month: a new talk, fresh testimonials, a swapped reel, plus security, backups and speed. New pages at $45/hour, quoted first. Or $2,000/year prepaid.
– a speaking site goes stale in months. This is how yours doesn’t.
Every build is warranted at 95+ Lighthouse across all four categories, in the contract. This page scores 95 on mobile, which is the harder test and the one worth checking.
Before we start
Everything I need from you fits in one email.
– and if it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so in the reply.
What you send
Bio, photographs, talk or service titles, any testimonials, your logo, and a link to your current site. Rough copy is fine: I polish the words you send.
What I can’t supply
Photographs of you. If there are none usable I’ll tell you plainly before we start, rather than build around the gap.
You already have a site
That is the normal case. Most people arrive with one that has aged, broken, or been held hostage by a previous developer. Rescues are how this studio started.
You don’t like the result
15 days of unlimited revisions after handover, with the closing date written into the handover email. And you approved the design system before page one.
More of these answered in the FAQ.
