Nidhi Saini is a public-speaking coach and corporate trainer, a semifinalist at the World Championship of Public Speaking, with twenty-one years behind her. Her website led with a list of job titles. This is what changed when it led with the reader’s problem instead.

– not a matter of taste. Each row is a thing the page said before, and the thing it says now.

The mechanism was there, which is why this one scores a half. Two stray spaces and a capital mid-sentence, in the one strip on the page asking for the sale.
