FAQ
Questions worth answering before you ask
The deal section on the homepage has the price. This has the rest of what usually comes up before someone reaches out.
How much does a website cost?
$1,999 flat: $999 at signing, the rest at handover. An agency charges $5,000 to $15,000 for the same site, most of it meetings. That price is a founding rate: the first five clients pay it in exchange for a named case study and a testimonial, written into the agreement. After five, it rises.
How long does it take?
Live within 7 days of your content arriving, or you don’t pay. That covers the pages agreed in writing before the build starts, deployed and reachable. It doesn’t include time your domain’s DNS spends propagating once you’ve handed over access.
What should a speaker or consultant website actually include?
The same six questions every event organiser runs in the first thirty seconds: is this the right kind of speaker, what are the talks exactly, have you done it at my scale, can I watch ninety seconds of you, how much work is enquiring, and can I forward it to the committee. Every build is checked against all six before it ships.
What happens if I want changes after launch?
15 days of unlimited revisions after handover: changes to what’s already in the agreed scope, at no extra charge. A new page, a new section, or a different design direction is a scope change, confirmed in writing and priced before it’s built.
What’s the difference between this and Squarespace or Wix?
No monthly platform fee and no lock-in. The site is hand-written, not built on a theme, and you can leave at any time without losing anything. The domain is registered in your name from day one.
Do you guarantee anything in writing?
Two things, both in the signed agreement: live in 7 days or your deposit is refunded in full, and Lighthouse scores of 95+ on all four categories.
Will AI search engines and ChatGPT find my site?
The same work that makes a page legible to Google makes it legible to an AI system reading it, so there is no separate AI package to buy here. Every build ships structured data describing who you are, what you speak about and how to book you, in static HTML that needs no JavaScript to be read. This site is its own specimen: the price is in the markup as a number, which is why an AI can quote what Sixweave charges. Most sites in this field cannot be quoted that way, because there is no number on them to find.
Who owns and registers the domain?
You do. The domain is bought and registered in your own name, in your own registrar account. I’m listed as technical contact, nothing more, and DNS runs from my own account so changes don’t need your login again after the initial handover.
