The terms, in plain English

Every engagement runs on a signed agreement that states the price, the dates, the deliverables and the ownership. That document governs. This page is the summary of what it always says, published so nothing here is a surprise.

Who you are dealing with

Sixweave is Aarav Khokhar, sole proprietor, India. The person who signs is the person who does the work.

The build

The build is $1,999: $999 at signing, the rest at handover.
The page count and scope are agreed in writing before work starts.
The site is live within 7 days of your content arriving, or you do not pay. "Live" means the pages named in that written scope, deployed and reachable, not a finished-to-taste version. The clock starts the day everything I need is in my hands, pauses on any day I am waiting on you, and does not count time your domain's DNS spends propagating once you have handed over access. If the clock runs out through no fault of yours, your deposit is refunded in full.
Lighthouse scores of 95+ on all four categories are warranted in the agreement.
Revisions are unlimited for 15 days after handover: changes to what is already in the agreed scope, at no extra charge. The closing date is named in the handover email.
A new page, a new section, or a different design direction is a scope change, not a revision. Scope changes, whenever they come up, are confirmed in writing before they are built, and priced before they are billed.

The care plan

$199/month, or $2,000/year prepaid, starting when the revision window closes.
Includes 2 update requests a month (no rollover), plus security, backups and performance upkeep.
Work beyond that, such as a new page or a new design, is $45/hour, quoted in writing before it starts.
The care plan runs on a 12-month term, with handover terms written down before work starts. If we part ways, everything transfers to you cleanly.

Ownership

The domain is registered in your name from day one; I am the technical contact, nothing more.
On final payment, the code and the content are yours outright.
There is no platform fee and nothing that stops working if you leave.

Payments

Payments are made by card in USD. Payment processing fees are absorbed, never added to your invoice. Invoices are issued from India as an export of services.

The boring but honest part

The signed agreement covers the full legal detail: acceptance criteria, confidentiality, limitation of liability, termination and governing law. Ask for a blank copy before committing to anything; it is sent without being asked for anyway, because signing something you have not read is how the case study on this site begins.
